No.  We will still pay out the salaries on the same day your employer 
usually would.  You may even get your salary a little sooner, if you choose 
to receive your salary in a MiVoice mobile wallet. 
It is like a bank account on your mobile phone.  You must use the MiVoice mobile app to use the mobile wallet. Once you have registered mobile app, your wallet is automatically created. If you choose to, your entire salary, or a portion of it, can be paid into your mobile wallet. You can then use the money in your wallet for shopping, drawing cash, buying electricity, data or airtime. 

Our mobile app and the wallet is DATA FREE. This means that it will not use any of your mobile data at all. You must have data on your phone to download the app the first time, but that’s it. You also must have a smart
phone.

Yes. We log every transaction against the person the money was paid to. You have direct access to these reports and information. So you can print out the transaction history of any person we have ever paid on your behalf.

We have a full support team ready to help you in Isi-Zulu, Isi-Xhosa, Se-Sotho, English or Afrikaans. And the money in your wallet is always safe. Only you can touch it.

Even if your phone gets lost or stolen, nobody else can touch your money. You simply fill in a little form, and we help you change everything.

Then everything stays the same as it is now. We will simply pay your salary into your bank account. You will never be forced to use our mobile app.
