Preparing your payroll to pay out your salaries stays exactly the same. The only changes are that you will upload a disbursement file (list of payments) onto our system, and transfer a single amount to us, instead of transferring the salaries one by one to your workforce.
We are registered with the governing body for payment processors. They are known as the Payments Association of South Africa (PASA). We are a registered Third Party Payment Processor (TPPP). This means that we are specifically registered to receive money and distribute it on behalf of a third party.

We have processes in place to track every payout we make. If a payout is not successful, we will immediately notify you of the failure, and return that money to your bank account.

No. In fact, they may even receive it a little quicker than usual if they choose to use the MiVoice mobile wallet. For those who prefer to receive their salary in a bank account, things stay the same. You tell us on which date we must make the payments. This would be the same date that you would have made the payments. We make our payments from an ABSA Bank account, so most of the payments will reflect in their bank accounts within 24-48 hours at the most, depending on where they bank.

As long as you haven’t made a payment to us as yet, you can change your disbursement file at any time. If you have already made a payment to us and afterwards discover your error, you can call us, and we can stop all processing until you have corrected your error.

Yes. We log every transaction against the person the money was paid to. You have direct access to these reports and information. So you can print out the transaction history of any person we have ever paid on your behalf.
The MiVoice mobile app is a mighty tool for you and your workforce, but it is not a requirement. As long as a person has a bank account for us to pay the money to, they do not need to use the mobile app at all.
Nothing! The mobile app is entirely DATA FREE. This means that it will not use any of their mobile data at all. Public posts in the app are NOT data free. Your posts (messages) to your workforce are private, and are always data free.
We have put specific security protocols in place to ensure the right person is always paid. We can explain this to you in detail when you speak with us.
Depending on your and our schedules, you can expect to be set up, trained and ready for your first pay out within 1 to 3 business days.
